A clear place
for each kind of data.
On your device
Your answers, five scores, optional reflection choices and personalised report are processed in your browser. By default, this tab saves the attempt until it is closed, with a seven-day expiry enforced when loading. Optional device storage also expires after seven days. Browsers can clear storage earlier.
“Delete my local answers” clears Selfmora’s answer snapshots and result state from this tab and device storage. A PDF you downloaded is a separate file: delete it yourself if needed. Someone who shares your device may be able to see stored answers.
Your conversation notes
The optional notes in our conversation guide and bipolar observation tool stay in the open page. They are not saved to browser storage or sent to Selfmora, and closing or refreshing clears them. Copying is your choice: a copied note is then in your device clipboard and any place you paste it.
Payments and access
When configured, Stripe processes the transaction and may collect an email address. Selfmora stores minimal purchase references, payment status, one generic report credit and a hashed access capability in Neon. An HttpOnly cookie preserves access for 30 days. Answers and scores are excluded from payment requests and records.
A random report reference links access to a generic report credit. Such references are linkable operational data, not a promise of anonymity. A purchase restores report access, not local answers. You can retake the assessment if your local answers are lost.
Editorial content and requests
Sanity stores public editorial content, never your answers. The app delivers the questions and generic report modules; your browser creates the personal result. Ordinary infrastructure requests may reveal pages you visit. This version includes no advertising pixels, session replay, analytics or remote error collection.
Recovery and retention
Paid access remains separate from the 30-day cookie. Receipt-based support recovery must be configured before launch; it does not recover answers. Payment and webhook records have operational and accounting retention needs separate from local deletion.
This page describes the implemented first-version data flow. Before a public launch, the operator must add its identity, actual support contact, provider/region details, retention schedule and applicable privacy rights process.
