Made for your understanding

Your experience comes first.

You may be here to understand what you are feeling, learn about a condition or find a way to ask for help. Selfmora brings those starting points together in plain language. You can read without an account or payment.

Information you can trace

Condition guides link to public health information from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) and the NHS. Each guide names its sources and the date they were checked. Dates describe our editorial check, not a clinical endorsement.

The library covers mental health conditions, everyday experiences and ways of finding support. These pages are educational starting points: they can help you understand a topic and prepare questions, but cannot diagnose you or select treatment for you.

Space for your questions

Symptoms can overlap, and people experience them differently. A page can help you find language and prepare questions, while a health professional can consider your individual situation. We keep information, self-reflection tools and professional assessment distinct.

Useful resources stay accessible

Condition guides, support information, conversation prompts and all five Big Five scores and explanations are free. A separate optional personality report includes extended reflections and a PDF for €4.99. It is not needed to read the mental health library or get your complete personality overview.

A library that grows with care

We expand in researched stages. A new topic needs its own sources, useful next steps and clear links to related information. We do not publish empty pages for condition names or present unfinished questionnaires as available tests.

Your privacy matters

The optional conversation notes stay in the open page and are cleared when you close or refresh it. Personality answers and scores are processed on your device. See privacy and your data for the details, including optional device saves and payment processing.
